Animal Care Handler

Enjoy spending your days at the Pet Hotel working hands-on with our guests! ACHs are responsible for supervising play groups, conducting one-on-one playtime sessions, cleaning and sanitizing kennels, play yards, and indoor play areas, preparing meals, laundry and dishes, and helping to ensure our four-legged friends are having a great time. ACHs demonstrate an excellent understanding of dog body language, work together with team members to communicate efficiently with one another, and are proficient with completing tasks. Receptionist - 1 position available!

If you have a passion for working with animals and people then this position is for you! Our Receptionist team consists of individuals who are respectful, outgoing, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Receptionists are responsible for welcoming rambunctious puppies and nervous first-timers to our facility by utilizing positive reinforcement and safe handling techniques to safely bring pets to and from our lobby area. Receptionists will learn our computer program to efficiently check pets in and out and create reservations, answer our multi-line phone system, provide tours of the facility, and be available to answer questions. The perfect candidate for this position is detail-oriented, a problem solver, efficient with their time, enjoys assisting customers and their pets, and does not fret with cleaning up after our four-legged guests as needed. This is not your typical receptionist position -- plan to be on your feet bringing pets to and from various areas of the facility, running back and forth to communicate with our Animal Care Handlers, and cleaning up messes when they happen. This is a fast-paced position that relies heavily on team involvement!
