Our bird rooms are spacious with window views. Because we do not house birds together from different families, our feathery friends are allowed time outside of their cage (with owner permission) during the day and stay in their cage at night. The cage shown in the photo above is available for our extra large bird clients on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please review our cage guidelines below.

Owners must provide a cage and enough food for their bird's stay with us. Additional items can be brought from home to help your bird feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. We can easily accommodate special feeding instructions and food that needs to be kept frozen or refrigerated.
Please note: Cages must be easily transportable to our bird room which is up one flight of stairs. Cages with wheels or that are too heavy to carry may be turned away. We have one, extra large bird cage (shown in photo above) that is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Holiday Deposits
A 50% deposit is required for all boarding reservations that include any of the following 2025 dates:
New Years 1/1 - 1/2 Spring Break 3/22 - 3/29 Memorial Day 5/24 - 5/26
Fourth of July 7/4 Labor Day 8/30 - 9/1 Thanksgiving 11/23 - 11/30
Christmas 12/15 - 12/31
Your holiday deposit will go towards your charges at pick up and is refundable with at least a five (5) day notice of cancellation from the scheduled drop off date (otherwise, deposits are forfeit). Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of creating your reservation unless other stated, and can be paid over the phone, in person, or through the client portal.
