Can APH administer medication for my pet during their stay?
Yes!
When can I pick up and drop off my pet?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 7am-6pm, and Sunday from 8am-10am and 3pm-6pm. You may drop off (with a reservation) and pick up at any of these times.
Does APH require pre-arranged meet-and-greet appointments for new boarding and daycare dogs?
We require all new dogs to pass a temperament test prior to participating in our off-leash social play (daycare) program. Our temperament tests are typically conducted during your dog's first daycare or boarding stay with us; therefore, we do not require a pre-arranged meet-and-greet prior to your pet's first stay with us.
Does APH accept unaltered male and female dogs?

Does APH accept non-social dogs?
Yes!

What booster vaccines are required for kittens?
We require kittens to have a completed series of booster vaccines before staying with us.
Does APH accept vaccines I administered myself?
We do not accept home-administered vaccines.
If I can't pick my pet up first thing in the morning, will you charge for an additional day?
Our boarding charges are charged per night. If you decide to pick up after 12pm (or between 3-6pm on Sundays/holidays), we will charge an additional $15.50 to your pet's stay instead of charging an additional night. If you are able to pick up before 12pm, we will not charge any additional fees. This fee only applies to boarding dogs (boarding cats, small animals, and birds may be picked up at any time during or hours of operation with no afternoon pick up fee).
Is APH open on holidays?
Yes! For our client's convenience, APH is open 365 days out of the year.
