8am-10am & 3pm-6pm
Due to COVID-19, we are currently not allowing tours of the facility until further notice. Please refer to our boarding and daycare pages on our website for photos of our rooms and play areas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
In order to best provide for our clients and their pets during this time, we have implemented the following protocols and services:
Limit the number of staff members on site
Enforce our sick policies with our employees, including keeping any employee who is showing any symptoms of illness at home until symptoms have resolved
Encourage social distancing between clients by maintaining a six foot distance among one another
Provide hand sanitizer and tissues for our clients in our lobby at all times
Thoroughly sanitizing our credit card machine, pens, countertops after each use, as well as other common areas of the facility such as door handles
Offer additional services such as curbside assistance and free pet food delivery (additional information below)
Payment over the phone for any service or retail item
Our lobby is open and welcome to the public! However, we are offering curbside assistance to those who prefer to drop off and pick up their pet from the convenience of their vehicle. Once you have pulled up to the front of the Pet Hotel, simply give us a call and one of our receptionists will meet you at your car as soon as possible. We can accept payment over the phone for departing pets.
Curbside assistance is not a requirement for our clients, but a safe option for those who prefer to limit the number of people who they are in contact with. Our lobby is still open for normal drop off/pick up during the hours listed above. Please maintain the required 6' distance between others while in our lobby, and consider waiting outside if you see there are more than 2 people in our lobby at one time.
