Once you're registered as a client in our system, you can create boarding reservation requests, upload vaccine records and receive email notifications when vaccines are coming up due, update you and your pet's profile, sign agreements, and much more!

Please note: To guarantee your reservation, we require new clients to provide proof of all required vaccines (see below) prior to your pet's stay with us. Vaccine documents can be uploaded through the client portal, emailed, or faxed (541-926-0209) to us directly by you or your veterinarian.
Required Dog Vaccinations:
Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper/Parvo combo (DHPP)*, and Canine Influenza (CIV)**
*We require dogs to be fully vaccinated against DHPP (no boosters; the records should indicate a 1 or 3 year date)
**We highly recommend dogs receive both CIV boosters prior to their stay with us, but we can accept dogs for boarding and daycare who have only received the first booster for their first stay with us (the second booster must be administered when due)
Required Cat Vaccinations:
We can only accept vaccine records from your veterinarian or animal shelter. Any self-administered vaccines must be approved by your veterinarian and included in your pet's paperwork through your vet. Please contact us with any questions.
